BIO

The Amazing Clark has been providing professional magic shows, puppet shows, and DJ services since 1975.  Originally from Northwest Detroit, he now resides in  Oxford, MI  He remembers receiving a magic set and puppet theater at the age of 5, giving performances to his first grade class.  By the age of 10, he was touring Michigan, performing for parties and private events. 

While studying art at the College for Creative Studies, Detroit, MI, he helped offset his college  tuition by performing for corporate events.  Upon graduation he was sought after to perform throughout the U.S. as well as Canada, Europe, and Africa.  His performing has received critical acclaim including the prestigious "ARTIST / PERFORMER" award, presented to him by the Wayne County Council of the Arts and Cultural Affairs.  In addition he has been selected by the Michigan Humanities Council as a member of their Touring Arts Program for 20 years and counting.

He has performed at the Roseland Theater, New York City, NY, Cleveland Public Theater, Cleveland, OH, Van Andel Arena, Grand Rapids, MI,  Meadowbrook Amphitheater, Rochester Hills, MI, and has appeared on FOX TV, CBS, ABC, and NBC TV.   Clients include: General Motors, Ford Motor Corporation, In-Style Magazine, Time Magazine, Meijer, Comerica, Detroit Institute of Arts, Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, and others.  In addition he has performed for events including: Arts Beats and Eats, Downtown Arts Festival, New York, Midland River Fest, East Lansing Art Fair, Michigan State Fair, Troy Daze, Northville Victorian Festival, and many more!
